Reynolds Building Roof

I got this video from looking at Mark Elrod's blog. Wind storms went through Searcy. It took part of the roof off of the Reynolds Center. Some student happened to get it all on video.

  1. Now THAT is interesting. I can remember when that building was built. I thought it a bit excessive, and I felt Harding shouldn't have put so much money into a building (and then call me after graduation for money for scholarships). Oh well. (o;

  2. haha...if you think the RC was excessive, have you seen the new Benny Hinn Lobby in the Heritage Hotel?

  3. I was driving (or attempting to) home from work right about then and I saw the roof just rolling off! Cheap Harding roofers! There were shingles off all over Searcy, including many of the dorms, and Dr. Burks' house itself!

  4. Yeah...watching this, it doesn't give you the impression that the roofing material is very high calibur.
