I hadn't thought about that, but that's really cool that the online reading has worked out for you.

I can see how that might be the perfect method for some people. Perhaps for me, too!Markhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06984816237837609105noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17941042.post-57971394514885107602007-06-24T22:09:00.000-05:002007-06-24T22:09:00.000-05:00I had always wanted to read through the Bible in a...I had always wanted to read through the Bible in a year, but used to always fall behind in the OT. I figured out the "problem". I was sitting down with my translation of choice (I try and mix it up each year) and an assignment, like 3 chapters at a time.

Well, I'm a computer programmer. I'm online every waking hour of the day. Why wouldn't I read the Word like I do everything else: online.

So I found a reading plan at http://www.backtothebible.org/bible-reading-guides.html and started off with NASB. It loads the passage from Bible Gateway, so you have your pick on translation and language. It is my home page and I read before I check my e-mail or do anything else.

I'm pretty sure this will be my third consistent year all the way through.

DanielAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04289959239947368770noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17941042.post-35567879365500143432007-06-22T09:10:00.000-05:002007-06-22T09:10:00.000-05:00Thanks for the reviews Mark. I really need something to help get me going again; I seem to always get started reading my bible through, but then it tapers off and I never finish. I think I'll try to find one of these books you've mentioned. I hope everything is going well there!Heathhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11962944053461004062noreply@blogger.com
